CAR SHOW LOAD-IN INFORMATION
Roll in begins Saturday March 2nd at 6am – please do not come earlier than 6am. The entry point is off Sahara Ave connected to the Ahern Hotel. At the parking garage’s entry point you will come up to a security guard. Please confirm with him that you are a pre-paid entrant in the show. He will direct you to make your way to Level 5. Once there you will be greeted by our roll in team who will hand you a pre completed dash card. We ask that you place and keep that dash card on your windshield under a wiper blade for the duration of the show. This document confirms your vehicle is in competition. When parking please set up with your vehicles nose facing center aisle selecting the space of your choice but do park skipping every other spot, we can space out the whole show so attendees can enjoy looking around every vehicle. Roll in ends at 9am sharp when the event opens to the public so, please arrive in a timely manner, vehicles will not be allowed into the show area after 9:00am.
If you did not register in advance that is ok. You can still join us by arriving between 6am and 9am and register upon arrival. The cost will be $40.00 on site and must be paid in cash, we do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards day of show. You will need to step out of your vehicle and make your way to the registration table where you will fill out a dash card for competition. We ask that you place and keep that dash card on your windshield under a wiper blade for the duration of the show.
Your registration includes two (2) admission passes into the show. You may purchase additional admission passes at a cost of $10.00each (CASH ONLY) for those that are in your vehicle upon arrival. Children 10 and under are FREE. – This is not required, you will have access to a common area with bathrooms, however if additional guests are with you and they want to check out the show wristbands are being offered for $10.00 each (half price) ONLY during roll-in hours to vehicle owners from 6am-9am
Your vehicle must remain in the show until the awards ceremony is completed approximately 2:30pm and cannot be driven around the show area at any time for any reason. This is a safety requirement by the local Fire Marshall and will be enforced strictly, if found driving inside the show area between 9am and the conclusion of the awards ceremony you will be disqualified from competition and escorted out of the show area. This is for the safety of everyone who will be at the show.
