1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Diecast Super Convention, accessible at https://diecastsupercon.com/. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, the purchase of event tickets, participation in convention activities, and use of any associated community platforms.
By accessing the website, purchasing tickets, registering for activities, or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website or participating in the event.
2. Event Admission and Ticketing
2.1 Final Sales Policy
All ticket purchases, including multi day passes, single day admission, and special event tickets, are final. Tickets are non refundable and non transferable unless the event is officially canceled by the organizers. In the event of cancellation, remedies shall be limited to the face value of the ticket.
2.2 Wristband Requirement
Valid tickets must be exchanged for official event wristbands at the designated registration area. Wristbands must be worn at all times while on event premises. Altered, duplicated, shared, or tampered wristbands are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
2.3 Minors
All attendees under the age of eighteen must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on event premises.
3. In Room Trading and Vendor Participation
3.1 Trading Privileges
In room trading is a privilege extended to attendees and is subject to all rules established by event management and the hosting venue, the Ahern Convention Center in Las Vegas. Participants must comply with all posted hours, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
3.2 Prohibited Goods
The sale, distribution, or trade of counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized diecast merchandise is strictly prohibited. Event management reserves the right to inspect merchandise and remove prohibited items without notice.
3.3 Transaction Disclaimer
Diecast Super Convention does not act as a broker, agent, or guarantor for private transactions conducted between attendees, collectors, or vendors. All sales and trades are conducted at the sole risk of the parties involved and are deemed to be completed on an as is basis.
4. Community Platform and User Accounts
4.1 Standards of Conduct
Users agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Event organizers reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards, at their sole discretion.
4.2 Account Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
4.3 Content License
By submitting photographs, videos, or other media depicting collections, custom builds, or event participation, you grant Diecast Super Convention a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and marketing purposes.
5. Customs Showcase and Car Show Participation
Participation in any showcase, display, or competition requires a valid event ticket. While reasonable security measures may be implemented, Diecast Super Convention shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to any items exhibited during the event. Participants assume full responsibility for their property.
6. Media Release
By entering the event premises, you grant consent to be photographed, recorded, or filmed. Such media may be used in promotional materials, advertising campaigns, social media, and other marketing communications without compensation or additional approval.
7. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Attendance at the event is voluntary. Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attending a large public gathering.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diecast Super Convention, its organizers, staff, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and the venue shall not be liable for: Personal injury, Property damage, Theft or loss of personal belongings, Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for admission.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diecast Super Convention, its affiliates, employees, contractors, sponsors, and venue partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the event or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
Event organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
