To help with load in and set up, we wanted to share a few important items with you. We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to see you in just a few weeks.
Venue Location:
Ahern Convention Center
300 W Sahara Ave
Las Vegas, NV 89012
Vendor Registration & Load in times:
February 28 from 12:00pm-8:00pm
February 29 from 7:00am-9:00am
All vendors will unload at the Convention Center loading dock. This location is indicated in the (screenshot below) with the BLUE PIN WITH A STAR. When driving to the Convention Center, you will access the street with the loading dock entrance by using the side streets with the yellow lines. From Sahara you will turn onto Fairfield Ave and then onto Cincinnati. If you are traveling from Las Vegas Blvd, you will turn onto Cincinnati.
Upon your arrival you will park in the Loading Dock Waiting Area (annotated in the photo with the RED pin with the dot in the center.) After parking you will walk to the loading dock to check in. If you have a balance due on your vendor registration, that must be paid in full at this time. The only accepted form of payment for vendor balance is cash.
Vendor Check-In Process:
At vendor check in, you will be asked for your name & phone number. Once you have provided the necessary information, you will be given a DASHBOARD TICKET to place in your vehicle and you will be placed in the LOAD-IN queue. You will return to your vehicle, place your dashboard ticket on the dashboard of your vehicle and wait for the registration team to call or text to let you know when it is your turn to unload. You will then move your vehicle to the loading dock and unload. Once unloading is complete, you may then park your vehicle for the duration of the convention.
If you do not require the loading dock to unload, there is a hand carry entrance. This entrance has a ramp and the door access is directly beside the loading dock. To use the hand carry entrance, you must find parking for your vehicle, and then hand carry through that entrance.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Convention security will not allow vendors to load in from the Sahara Ave or Hotel side entrances. There is a very select list of vendors that have received convention center approval for special load in needs.
- The Doors to the convention will open at 9am on March 2nd. Please plan to have your space set up and ready for attendees by 8:30am.
