The Check-In Process
Park in the Loading Dock Waiting Area and walk to the dock to check in. Any balance due on registration MUST be paid in full at this time (Cash ONLY).
Provide your name and phone number to receive a Dashboard Ticket (valid for 30 minutes). Return to your vehicle, place the ticket on the dash, and enter the load-in queue.
Wait for a call or text from the registration team, then move your vehicle to the loading dock to unload. After unloading, move your vehicle to standard parking for the duration of the convention.
SECURITY NOTICE: Convention security will NOT allow vendors to load in from the Sahara Ave or Hotel side entrances. You must use the loading dock or the adjacent hand-carry entrance with ramp access.
